COVID Is Effecting UnEARTH
COVID-19 is directly effecting UnEARTH as Universities and Events shut down. If there is no one attending these games and events, there is no need for a clear bag, period.
Silver Lining
We view this as a silver lining because clear PVC plastic bags are no longer being purchased either (our entire mission with the UnEARTH Netted Bag is to end the production of PVC plastic stadium bags).
The largest silver lining that is developing is the way that nature is beginning to flourish as a result of COVID-19 keeping humans inside. The animals and environment are experiencing SIGNIFICANT benefits from our social isolation, including the decrease in air pollution levels, birds chirping in China, dolphins returning the the canals of Venice, and crystal clear water promoting fish reappearance. It is time for us as humans to take a step back, understand our disruption, and take action to BE BETTER.

If there is one thing I am sure of, it is that eventually (I do not know when) events and games will continue. People will attend football games and basketball games once again. Students will return to school. The Clear Bag Policy will continue. I hope we can take the lessons our environment is teaching us right now and learn from the hurt we have caused the world.
